An average single-section manufactured home runs 14-16 feet wide and 44-80 feet long. It's essential for homebuyers to understand that the products are quite diverse. Each make and model enjoys distinguishing features that may make it the best option on the market.
Multi-section homes are typically twice the size of single-section homes, with square footage ranging from 1,000 - 2,300 approximately. They will also have larger widths (usually 28-32 feet) and lengths (40-80 feet).
